1.Application
Applying on the part or permanently dipping underwater steel structure, the internal cabin of crude oil, chemical plants, sewage treatment pond, underground pipeline and steel tanks in the oil refineries, oil gas pipe.etc.
2.Characteristics
Excellent anti-corrosion, water resistance, and good eroding capable of the micro-organisms.It can filmed one time, less construction steps. As a result of the excellent anti-corrosion properties of rubber modified, to make the physics mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties and other relative properties better.

4.Construction
1.Preparation: Mix to no sediments on the barrel bottom before usage, and add side curing agent to coating as 10:1(weight rate). Use it after 10~15 minutes.
2.Surface treatment: up to national standard Sa2? for metal structure. Or derust by hand, or chemicals to no grease, no rust, no litter, dry and clean. And coating it within 4 hours.
3.Application marks:
1.Surface weld is up to no edges, no weld, no burr and smooth. Putty with primer and talc to be coated beside weld to transition in order to avoid vaccum while wrapping glass-cloth, if weld is more than 2mm.
2.Generally, do not to add into diluent, while coating is thick, unless temperature is too low and viscosity is too thick. Add 1%~5% diluent, and some curing agent.
3.Do not construte in rain, fog, snow and relative humidity¡Ý80%.
4. 0.1mm or 0.12mm is the right glass cloth thickness, and transit density is 12¡Á10posts/cm3 or 12¡Á12posts/cm3, and humidity glass cloth should be use against dry.
5.Mending: bridge between broken coating and pipe coating is not less than 100mm, and its surface treatment is up to St3, clean.
6.Broken coating:wipe out the broken coatings. Intermediate coating only and topcoat web of glass cloth fully, if base is not apperanced.
7.Inspection:
Apperance: inspect pipelines coated post by post to flat coating with no cockles and air-blowing.
Pinholes: inspect by EDM detector, its general grade is 2000V, strong is 3000V, super is 5000V. And it is qualified while fire ¡Ü1 per 45m2. If not, coating again, please.
4.Comsuption in theory:
Without taking into consideration that coating addition, method, technicals, surfaceand its structure, style, and area, its comsuption is as follow:
Light: primer is 0.23kg/m2, topcoat is 0.36kg/m2;
General: primer is 0.24kg/m2, topcoat is 0.5kg/m2;
Middling: primer is 0.25kg/m2, topcoat is 0.75kg/m2;
Strong: primer is 0.26kg/m2, topcoat is 0.88kg/m2;
Super: primer is 0.27kg/m2, topcoat is 1.11kg/m2.
5.Application for pipeline:
Coating primer, then topcoat till dry or adding putty, and brushing is uniform and do not leave some. The way is to wrap glass cloth after the first primer, and tighten cloth to flat with no cockles and air-blowing, and margin width is 20~25mm, superposition is 100~150mm. Then coating topcoat to full all meshes. Wrap reversed if two glass cloth.
6.Diluent comsuption:
According to application to add XHDAC210 diluent unless the coating is too thick, as 1~5%.
7.Clean tools: XHDAC299 cleaning agent for coating tool, or XHDAC200 diluent.
8.Maintenance: It should take 7~10 days to work after coating the last topcoat. Delay if temperature is under 10 ¡æ.
5.Packing and storage
1.Pakage: Sealed is iron barrel, 20kg/barrel. Curing agent is 15kg/barrel.
2.Storage and Transportation: It is inflammable. Store cool and ventilation place and far away fire under 40¡æ. Do not collide.
3.Period is half year. If exceed, use it against testing.
