XHDAC301 On-Rust Epoxy Primer
1.Preface
Epoxy resin is the main contents to anti-weather. It is the bi-components though mix chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, special additives and solvent to confect.
2.Application
Applying on chemical equipment, oil equipment, electricity equipment, railway, bridge, pipeline, car, steel structure equipment, underwater equipment, especially suitable for acid and salt environment
3.Characteristics
1.Interpenetrating network anti-corrosive coating
2.Excellent coating film, it has strong adhesion, weather resistance, water proofing, oil resistance, acid proofing and other performance.
3.Convenient to use and solidify at room temperature.

5. Application:
1.Preparation: Mix to no sediments on the barrel bottom before usage, and add side curing agent to coating as 10:1(weight rate), 10:2 in winter below 10¡æ. Use without proper aging after fully mix. And best to do a curing trial.
2.Surface treatment: Clean out sands, old painting, greases, thick oxided film and surface rust before coating.
3.Period: Use out the preperation primer within 4 hour(20¡æ). Do not add the left primer into raw primer.
4.Thickness: Dry thickness is about 70¦Ìm by spraying under high preesure and no gas, and gas spraying, about 65¦Ìm by hand brusing.
5.Comsuption in theory: Generally, comsuption of primer is 0.20kg/m2 without taking into consideration that coating addition, method, technicals, surfaceand its structure, style, and area.
6.Advice application: The better way is spraying under high pressure and no gas for flat film, then gas spraying, the last is hand brushing.
7.Diluent comsuption: According to application to add XHDAC301 diluent unless the coating is too thick, as 3~10%.
8.It should take 7 days to work after coating the last topcoat. Delay if temperature is under 10 ¡æ.
6. Pakage and Storage
- Pakage: Sealed is iron barrel, 20kg/barrel. Curing agent and diluent is 15kg/barrel.
- Storage and Transportation: It is inflammable. Store cool and ventilation place and far away fire. Do not collide, exposure, rain and near fire in processing of storage and transportation
Period is half year. If exceed, use it against testing. |
