XHDAC312 Grease-Resistant Static-Free Coating
1.Preface
The high chloridize polyethylene is the main film-forming agents, it is also the main modified agents, this heavy anti-corrosion coating is the monocomponent primer is A style, mid-coating is B style, top coating is C style, aluminum powder coating is E style. (bi-components 9:1)
2.Application
Apply on oil chemical, railway, transportation, oil tank, oil pipeline, storage oil car, and the interior and exterior of oil pipeline and other industry.
3.Characteristics
- Good anti-corrosive. Strong adhesion of the coating, aging resistance, water proofing, brushing resistance and other performance
- Excellent oil resistance: the coating can permanently use in the gas oil, coal oil, diesel oil and lubricant without brushing and polluting the oil.
- Excellent conduction of electricity: volume and surface resistivity are suitable the rule GB 13348-1992.
- Excellent weather resistance.
- Convenient to use and solidify at room temperature.

5.Construction
1.Preparation: Mix to no sediments and no discoloration on the barrel bottom before usage.
2.Surface treatment: up to national standard Sa2? for metal structure. Or derust by hand, or chemicals to no grease, no rust, no litter, dry and clean. And coating it within 4 hours. Dry to water¡Ü10% before coating concrete.
3.Application marks:
1. Keep application under strong sunshine and field in hot summer, and rain, snow and fog.
2. Coating intervals: over 15¡æ, 8 hours
0~15¡æ, 12 hours
-20¡æ~0¡æ, 24 hours
3. Do not apply to damp addition over 60¡æ.
4.Thickness: Dry thickness is about 55¦Ìm by spraying under high preesure and no gas, and gas spraying, about 50¦Ìm by hand brusing.total is better over 200¦Ìm. And it is best as intermediate coating and topcoat.
5.Comsuption in theory: Generally, comsuption of primer is 0.20kg/m2 without taking into consideration that coating addition, method, technicals, surfaceand its structure, style, and area.
6.Advice application:
1.The better way is spraying under high pressure and no gas for flat film, then gas spraying, the last is hand brushing.
2. Better not to move come-and-go the brush and roller in order to avoid drawbench and bubble.
3. Better to coating ahead after really dry and priority to spraying.
7.Diluent comsuption: According to application to add XHDAC312 diluent unless the coating is too thick, as 3~10%.
8.Clean tools: XHDAC299 cleaning agent for coating tool, or XHDAC312 diluent.
8.Maintenance: It should take 7~10 days to work after coating the last topcoat.
6.Packing and storage
1.Pakage: Sealed is iron barrel, 20kg/barrel. Curing agent and diluent is 15kg/barrel.
2.Storage and Transportation:
It is inflammable. Store cool and ventilation place and far away fire. Do not collide.
3.Period is half year. If exceed, use it against testing.
