2. Application
Various super decoration to old/new concrete wall, cement wall, tiles and mosaic exterior wall.
3. Characteristics
It is modified senior pro-environment emulsion paint, and its eight functions including color, durability, tolerance, self-cleaning, sterilizing, anti-mildew, anti-craking and washability & rub-resistanceas follow:
3.1 Good self-cleaning and sterilizing.
Coating with strong self-cleaning, well sterilizing, excellenr anti-mildew to prevent from dust and suspended substance on it to keep wall clean and pretty. All because of coating like lotus leaf having hydrophobicity to clean the pollution water.
3.2 Excellent weatherability
Combination of Nano-TiO2 with excellent weathering, strong UV-resistant and weatherproof to keep from corrosion of sunshine, rain, wind and weather changes makes it last for 10 years more.
3.3 Excellent anti-craking
Cover all fine crakes of wall to have excellent flexility and ductility.

5. Construction
5.1 Accurate weight and uniform mix on deploying topcoat. To keep water dilution seriously for convinience to construction.
5.2 Construction temperature is not less than 5 ¡æ, and keep stirring to avoid precipitation after the deployment.
5.3 Place no more than 4 hours.
5.4 Attentions when coating topcoat:
¢Ù Pop seperation line with powder packets or ink box to leave 1~2cm in the cross if color seperation.
¢Ú Uniform coating with roller of topcoat, follow flat the coating trace and barrier with exhaust brush.
¢Û Attentions to bottom apperance and flaw.
¢Ü Coating from brank to side as a time to keep cross for every sides.
¢Ý Coatings the second against dry fully the first.
¢Þ General coating 2~3 times.
5.5 Clean painting tools once using with water.
6.1 Sealed with plastic barrels, 5 L / barrel, or 15 L / barrel.
6.2 Stored in a cool, dry and ventilation place, keep from sunshine or freezing, transport as normal chemicals.
6.3 Validity is 18 months, be still used against qualified inspection. |
