Chemical Characteristics:
XH-202C added(high temperature) high viscosity polymer can increase production, reduce energy consumption, eliminate melt fracture and Die Set tablets, finish surface, lower extrusion (Injection) temperature. XH-202C is a good dispersion in the polymer, which be made directly with the LLDPE and other polymer blends (or granulation),and not masterbatches. It is aslo excellent dispersion of other additives (oxygen engage agents, dyes), cleaning function, and no left on the metal surface. And it meets food health requirements, which can be widely used in food packaging blowing, film, plastic pipe of drinking water, and plastic containers for product and so on. Apart from XH-202C has good toughness, but also good electrical properties. It is good processing for high insulation of wire and cable.
Application:
XH-202C widely used as processing agent in PE, PP, PVC, ABS resin and other resin for extrusion, rolling, injection, blow molding, extrusion dies, hose, wire and cable materials, particularly high-viscosity olefins.
Dosage:
5.1 Improve polymer Processing performance, finish the surface of
polyethylene products, which add 1.0 -1.5% of resin.
5.2 1% -5%to injection while increase filling dosage,
5.3 1.5% - 2.5% into ABS and polystyrene resin to improve dispersion,
eliminate unnormal phenomenon, and inprove appearance.
5.4 0.5% -1.5% to wire and cable insulation material processing.
Package and storage
Packed in 25Kg knitted plastic bag with inner plastic bag and no danger. Keep out rain,sun and fire.
